The Ever-Evolving Anna Smile

Anna's new way to smile is to open up her mouth as big as she can for pictures. Of course, every time she does this it just cracks us up so we take more pictures and she keeps on doing it. What a little ham!

Mother's Day

For Mother's Day Anna and Martin took me out for dinner.

Waiting for a table!
Dinner was interesting. As soon as we got settled in at the table, Anna pushed a menu into my glass of water, which then spilled all over the front of Martin's jeans. Poor guy had to sit through the whole meal with soaking wet pants. I ordered a pasta dish with shrimp, capers, green olives, and artichoke hearts and Anna loved it - especially the shrimp. That made me happy to see she liked seafood :) Here's the floor after she was done eating....

Anna was pretty tired after the meal and slept the whole way home! Thank you Anna for helping celebrate my first Mother's Day!

Arizona

In April Martin went to Phoenix to see the Snyders, Halmrasts, and participate in the Pat Tillman run.

Martin and Mike ran the race together.

Martin, Mike and I did the race when it first started a few years ago (2005?) and about 5,000 people participated. Martin said that about 26,000 ran it this year.

Martin and Braden hanging out at the Halmrast pool.

Noah and Sadye swimming with "Aunty Martin" (according to Sadye).

They took a tour of the Cardinal's new stadium.

Spring!

Here's a few pictures from the past month - the first one is Anna at Sarah's kindergarten concert.
Here's Sarah waving - every time I tried to take a picture the lady in front of us stood up so this is the best shot.
Martin hanging out with his girls!

Love you Banana!
